My family and I spent 2 weeks in Sinbad Club Hotel in June. Let me tell you a bit about our delightful stay. We are a family of four and decided to rent a family suite. Our suite had two decently sized bedrooms, a single bathroom and a small hallway connecting the rooms together. Both rooms had their respective balconies outlooking the main pool. The AC units were working well. We were very happy with the housekeeping – our butler Sami was excellent! He was very friendly, polite and cleaned our room meticulously every single day. Fresh towels, for both the room and the beach, were brought to us every day. So no need to bring any towels along, as they are provided by the hotel. The hotel has 2 main pools. One of the pools is your regular pool, surrounded with sunbeds (make sure to reserve your sunbeds early morning as they get packed quickly.) The other pool is more of a “lazy river” style pool – note that this pool is not very deep (max depth is 1.6m). There is pool options for the kids as well. All hotel guests are welcome to use the Sinbad Waterpark that consists of about 9 slides (out of which 7 are for adults). We had so much fun on the slides – it was all safe and guarded at all times. Hotel’s private beach is located about 350m from the hotel – within a walking distance, but there is a shuttle provided for everyone unwilling or unable to walk. The beach was beautiful and sandy with comfortable sunbeds. Due to the opening of the new nearby Serry Hotel, the Sindbad Hotel beach has been unfortunately split into two – half of the beach is for Sinbad and the other half for the Serry Hotel guests. They should provide with more of the parasols for the Sindbad guests! As for the food, we had an All-inclusive package – including breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 8AM til midnight. Gusto and Botanica are the two main open buffet-style restaurants. There are 3 a la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian and Lebanese) as well

The hotel has a fantastic location with some great amenities. A quiet central pool, a more activity focused aqua pool, and a private beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of places to unwind and relax in the sun or the shade. Always very impressed with the all-inclusive buffet set up. Though it seems small for the size of the hotel (one in the main hotel, one in the aqua park area, and a small snack one for the beach) the staff are excellent and allow for a quick turnover for visitors. There is also some specialty restaurants that you can pre-book. It took my second visit (I stayed here last year as well) to discover so many great areas that I didn't realise were even there! Like a cozy little library area, and the archery range. It is well worth your time just to wander around and explore the whole hotel grounds a little. Without a doubt, the standout experience was the Sindbad Submarine Experience. An amazing 'never-forget' event handled by experienced staff. This is a must if you are visiting. You won't regret being able to get right up close to see the wildlife in a real submersible - without even getting wet!

has access to the sea, close to city center, very crowded with families from all nationalities, very cooperative stuff, very nice reception … thanks to everyone their … very safe … very nice food … closing time of the beach and pools at 17:00 is too early during summer time. Best fresh Egyptian circle bread with tons of varieties. you can stay without any extra single penny due to amount of food and drinks offered. daily shows for families and kids.

The staff were amazing attentive and of highl hospitality . Some of them treated us even on a personal level. The bar service was great and swimming pools. -full activities for all .

Sindbad was really good. The staff, the rooms, the restaurant, the beach - we liked everything. The food was really good, it is neutral, there are no exotic spices and I think that everyone can find something for themselves. All in all, a very good price-quality ratio.

Like the fact that hospitality was 10/10. Staff under pressure attending to lots of customers with various needs. They are very friendly and always have smile on their face and ready to help no matter what dept/ or section they are working on. The hospitality really amazes me. Muhammad Ali who cleans my room every morning and a guy from cafe station that always makes my favourite ice and hot coffee. They are 10/10. They went above and beyond

Having returned from my trip I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always engaging with you and willing to help. Hotel is clean and well serviced
